We start by phoning the property to see how the leasing agent answers the phone and if they describe the property in a way that makes one want to view the property in person. Our shoppers follow up with an onsite visit to see how well the leasing agent presents themselves and the property. Do they demonstrate the features of the apartment, do they show the various amenities available, do they overcome objections that may be raised? The final part of the shop is the premise ready section. This is where the shoppers look for such things as how the landscaping was, how neat and organized the leasing office was, if there were any signs of vacancies..visually, how is the property perceived.
